At JRBS, our priority is delivering transformative coaching and consulting experiences. We do not hide behind fine print. We want you to know your rights and ours upfront.

1. Federal & Florida 3-Day Cooling-Off Right

By law, if this contract was signed off-premises or via remote/home solicitation, you have a full 3 business days from the date of signing to cancel—no questions asked.
If you cancel in writing within that window, we will refund all amounts paid within 30 days of receiving your cancellation. (Florida Statute Chapter 501; federal Cooling-Off Rule.) My Florida Legal

2. Group & Individual Coaching Sessions (Post-Assessment)

• You may request a refund only before the Everything DiSC assessment is issued.
• Once the assessment is released, you may still reschedule a session up to 1 business day before the appointment.
• Refund requests made after the assessment release are not eligible.

3. Business Consulting Services

• Refunds are possible only if requested before work begins on the business case.
• If work has begun but not completed, at the time of a refund request, we will invoice for time and materials through the cancellation date, and remit any remaining balance.
• No refunds are available after the business case is delivered.
• Additional terms are detailed in the mutually signed Addendum.

4. No “No-Refunds” Hidden Clause

We do not take a “no refunds” stance. As our business model dictates, we want to meet our clients where they are and do the right thing.
