Refunds: Refunds for coaching sessions will be refunded if requested before the assessment is completed and within 3 business days of the purchase.

Business consultations may be cancelled with notification at least 5 days prior to the start of the work. If termination of the work is determined during the course of the agreed upon work, the client is responsible for time and expenses up to the point of completed work.
