At JRBS, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching and consulting services with a holistic approach. Please review our refund policy carefully:

- Group & Individual Coaching Sessions: Refunds may be requested and considered **only** prior to the distribution of the Everything DiSC assessment. Post assessment sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 business day prior to the upcoming session. Refund requests made after this time will not be eligible for consideration.

- Business Consulting: Refunds may be requested and considered prior to the start of the business case. If the business case is started but not delivered by the time the refund is requested, time and materials costs, up to the refund request date is due JRBS. No refund is provided after the business case is delivered. Additional details in the Addendum which is to be signed by JRBS and the client.
