Her diverse background spans healthcare administration, IT management, and transportation, where she served as a Lead Business Consultant, Regional User Acceptance Testing Lead, and Senior Project Manager. Through it all, Laurel has maintained a steadfast commitment to empowering small and mid-sized businesses, offering expert coaching, business strategy development, and process improvement services that drive meaningful results.
